Talking about weight loss is fun and interesting. Thinking about weight loss is good for you introspective types and important for those of us who are not naturally introspective. But the truth is that talking and thinking about weight loss do not cause weight loss.
What causes you to lose weight in the first place is getting started and sometimes that can be one of the hardest things to do.
As a morbidly obese 305 pound woman, I tried to get started losing weight about 5 million times. Well, that’s a slight exaggeration, but you get the point. When I finally got serious about losing weight, I used the techniques and tips in this podcast.
